1. After booking is made I will enter your details into my booking system. This includes name, time, date of booking and which service you have booked. On the day of booking I will send a confirmation text 2 hous before your booking. If you cancel 2 hours or less before your booking starts a $50 cancellation fee will apply. This can be bank transferred or paid in cash at your next booking.
2. No show policy
If you do not show up to your booking after the address is sent to you and no contact is made your booking will be cancelled and highly unlikely I will rebook you in the future.
Reschedule policy
In case of rare circumstances if I need to reschedule your booking in under 2 hours I will offer a discount or additional time on your next booking.
